Ingredients
- 2 oz SUYO Pisco (Quebranta or Italia)
- 4 oz Club soda or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Fill a highball with ice cubes. Pour in the 2 oz of pisco. Top the glass with 4 ounces of cold soda water. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
